Submitted manuscripts in Persian are meticulously screened for originality and absence of plagiarism using the Samimnoor software (www.samimnoor.ir), and English manuscripts are similarly checked via the iThenticate plagiarism detection software (www.ithenticate.com). This rigorous process is implemented to ensure the academic integrity and originality of all submissions. In the event of confirmed plagiarism, the editorial office will immediately reject the manuscript. Should a manuscript be found to be in violation of plagiarism regulations, copyright laws, or publication ethics at any stage of the submission or peer-review process, it will be subject to outright rejection.

However, if the similarity index (textual overlap) is determined to be marginally in excess of 25%, the manuscript will not be approved during the initial screening phase. The corresponding author(s) will instead be requested to undertake necessary revisions based on the provided similarity report. The manuscript will only be accepted for progression to the specialized peer-review process upon definitive approval of the revisions and complete assurance that all instances of redundancy or excessive textual overlap have been adequately addressed.
