Manuscript Acceptance Process
Manuscript Submission and Review Process
- Initial Screening (Format and Structural Review)
Upon manuscript receipt and initial administrative confirmation by the Executive Manager regarding required supplementary information and adherence to general submission terms, the manuscript is reviewed by the Editorial Board. This review assesses compliance with the journal's aims, subject scope (scope of focus), and formal structural criteria. Manuscripts that fall outside the journal's specialized domain or exhibit an unscientific structure will be desk-rejected.
- Preliminary Editorial Review and Plagiarism/Similarity Check (Content Integrity)
In the second stage, the manuscript undergoes an initial assessment by the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board, and is simultaneously checked for textual overlap with previously published material using plagiarism detection software such as iThenticate and Samimnoor. If plagiarism is proven, the manuscript will be rejected. If the similarity index exceeds 25%, the corresponding author will be requested to conduct the necessary revisions. Final acceptance is contingent upon the approval of these revisions and the complete resolution of all instances of excessive textual similarity.
- Double-Blind Peer Review
If tentatively approved by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board, the manuscript proceeds to the specialized peer-review stage. The review process is conducted on a double-blind basis, ensuring the anonymity of both reviewers and authors. The article is forwarded to two expert reviewers in the relevant field. Reviewers are obligated to submit their written evaluation, via the online platform or a formal assessment form, within 20 days. In the event of a substantial difference in opinion, the manuscript will be referred to a third reviewer.
- Review of Revisions and Final Assessment
Should the manuscript require revisions, the revised version submitted by the author is typically resubmitted to one of the initial reviewers for final verification. This reviewer evaluates the correctness and sufficiency of the revisions and provides their ultimate recommendation.
- Final Decision on Acceptance or Rejection
At this stage, the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board, based on the peer review results and confirmation of revisions, convene a formal meeting to make the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection. The definitive acceptance of the manuscript is subject to the explicit endorsement of the Editorial Board, after which a formal Letter of Acceptance will be issued.
- Final Preparation for Publication and Corresponding Author Approval
Following final acceptance, the manuscript enters the process of final editing, typesetting, and preparation for publication. The final proof of the article is sent to the Corresponding Author for final review and approval. Publication of the article is conditional upon the Corresponding Author's final sign-off on the prepared version.
