Associate Prof (Dr.)
Mohammad Hakim Haider was born in Kabul city in 1971, he admitted to Amani High School in 1976, and graduated from
this school in 1988. After completing four years of mandatory military service,
in 1992, he was admitted to the Economics Faculty, Kabul University through the
entrance examination. In 1998, Dr. Haider graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Kabul University with an excellent degree. In 2002, Dr. Haider passed the entrance examination and
became a member of the Institute of Economics, Academy of Sciences of Afghanistan.
In 2003, he was officially introduced by
(ASA) to the Faculty of Economics as a
visiting lecturer at the request of Kabul University, and taught economic
subjects in this Faculty until 2007.
In the middle
of 2007, Dr. Haider succeeded in obtaining a master's scholarship in the field
of economics at Panjab University,
Chandigarh, India, through the competitive examination of the ICCR
scholarship. After completing the
master's course in 2009, he become eligible to join the doctoral program at the
mentioned University. Dr. Haider found the chance to continue his doctoral
course through the ICCR scholarship in
2011. During his Ph.D course, he was posting as president of International
Students of Panjab University Chandigarh as well.
Dr. Haider has
completed and successfully defended his doctoral thesis in 2017 titled "Vulnerabilities
& Poverty in Afghanistan: Social Gaps, Causes and consequences"
under the supervision of Professor
Gurmil Singh, Vice-Chancellor of Akal University, India. Dr. Haider is the
author of Book titled "Poverty in Afghanistan: Causes, Consequences
and Copping Mechanism" published by Palgrave MacMillan in 2018 and
currently is available in Amazon website.
However, In March 2021, he jointed a scientific research program in Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) in Gujarat India for a period of six months. Dr. Haider has published many scientific research articles (20) in prestigious national and international journals both in English and Persian. Dr. Haider is currently posting as Head of the Economics Institute in Academy of Sciences of Afghanistan and is also an executive member of the Social Science Center and a member of the scientific board of the "Afghanistan Quarterly Journal" as well. He is also a visiting lecturer of Master program in Kateb University since 2019.
Azizullah Khalili
Dr. Azizullah Khalili opened his eyes to the world in 1978. He
studied management at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels, defending
his doctoral dissertation in 2017. In addition, he obtained doctoral degrees in
Islamic sciences at levels 1, 2, 3, and 4. Dr. Khalili has excellent
proficiency in three living languages: English, Arabic, and Persian. From 2018
to 2023, he served as the dean and head of the Management Department and Public
Administration at Jamea Al-Mustafa University in Kabul, Afghanistan. Since
2023, he has been solely responsible for the deanship. Dr. Khalili has gained
significant experience in policy-making, planning, and implementing educational
programs. He has been involved in curriculum development and updates, ensuring
quality assurance in the ministry, recruitment and selection of qualified
personnel, and attracting and evaluating students, among other tasks.
From 2018 to the present, Dr. Khalili has been engaged in teaching
and training at various universities in Afghanistan, such as Gargestan,
Payam-e-Noor University in Afghanistan, Jamea Al-Mustafa University, and
others. He has made efforts to transfer his latest knowledge and methodologies
to students for practical application in government institutions. During his
study and teaching tenure, Dr. Khalili never forgot about research. His theses
covered topics such as a comparative study of human rights foundations in Islam
and the West, principles influencing public policy-making, and his doctoral
dissertation titled "Designing and Explaining the Policy Implementation
Model with a Religious Approach." He has written a research book titled
"Human Resource Training with an Islamic Approach" and has published
numerous articles, including "The Application of Deductive-Analytical
Method in Management Research," "Deductive-Analytical Method as a
Model for Producing Islamic Human Sciences," "The Role of
Spirituality in Public Policy-Making," "The Role of Prayer in
Reducing Psychological Pressure," "Individualism and Human
Rights," and other articles that substantiate these claims.
Furthermore, he has made a significant contribution to the
publication of scientific articles. By writing articles and serving as the
editor-in-chief of journals such as "Government Management
Discoveries" and "Tomorrow's Generation," as well as
participating in specialized seminars and scientific conferences, he has played
a prominent role in disseminating knowledge and awareness in society. One of
his scholarly activities is serving as the editor-in-chief of Kateb journal of Economics and Management. As
the editor-in-chief, he can have a prominent role in the refinement of the
journal and its articles.
